Where are you located, and do you travel for sessions or weddings?

I’m based in the Appleton–Green Bay, Wisconsin area, but I absolutely travel for sessions and weddings!

Travel within 30 miles is included, and anything beyond that, a small travel fee may apply to cover time and mileage. Just ask and I’ll give you an exact quote!

How do I book a session with you?

Just fill out my contact form or send me a message on Facebook/KXCreativePhotos with your contact information, session type, date, location, and your vision.

Once we confirm availability, I’ll send over your contract and invoice to officially secure your spot!

Question 3

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due before your session or wedding day.

Do you provide a contract?

Absolutely. Every session includes a signed contract so everything is clear, protected, and stress-free for both of us.

Do you retouch and edit the photos?

Accepted Answer

All images are professionally edited for color, lighting, and overall polish.

Advanced retouching (skin smoothing, object removal, or detailed Photoshop edits) is available upon request for an additional fee.

Question 6

How many photos will we receive and when will they be delivered?

It depends on your session type, but you can expect plenty of beautifully edited images to tell your full story.

Weddings typically receive 500+ edited images for 8 hours of coverage with galleries delivered in 4–5 weeks, plus sneak peeks within a few days.

Regular sessions are delivered within 3–4 weeks, with photo-proofs shared shortly after for photo selection.

I always focus on quality over quantity and never hold back the best moments.

Do we get to choose our photos?

Yes! After your session, you’ll receive a curated proof gallery where you can select your favorite images. I’ll then professionally edit and deliver the best selections included in your package.

For weddings, I personally curate and edit the best moments from the day so you don’t have to sort through thousands of photos. You’ll receive all the highlights and meaningful memories, beautifully polished and ready to enjoy.

This way, you get the very best without feeling overwhelmed.

How will we receive our photos and do we get printing rights?

Your photos will be delivered through an online gallery, where you can easily download, share, and favorite your images.

All sessions include high-resolution downloads with full personal printing rights, so you’re free to print anywhere you like — whether that’s albums, canvases, or gifts for family.

No watermarks, no restrictions — they’re yours to enjoy.

We’re awkward in front of the camera… will you help us pose?

Of course! Most of my clients say this at first. Don’t worry — I’ll guide you with easy, natural prompts so you feel relaxed and comfortable. My goal is for it to feel fun, not stiff or posed.

Yes! Don’t worry if you’re not sure where to go — I’ve got you. I’ll recommend locations that match your vibe.

What if we need to reschedule?

Life happens — and I totally understand.

If you need to reschedule due to weather, illness, or an unexpected situation, we’ll work together to find a new date whenever possible.

There is no fee for rescheduling.

Question 12

What happens if you’re sick or there’s an emergency?

Accepted Answer

In the very rare event of an emergency, I will notify you as soon as possible and make every effort to help find a replacement photographer or provide a full refund if coverage isn’t possible.
